Same day flower delivery service
To enjoy the same-day flower delivery service, please place your order at or before 1:00 pm today, and the flower delivery time is no later than 9:00 pm. Please contact our customer service to arrange the best delivery time for you. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays may not be processed until the next working day.
*The same-day flower delivery service is not applicable to the products in the flower blue and orchid product catalogs*
Urgent orders or same-day orders within 3 days, if out of stock, the out-of-stock flowers will be replaced by flowers of the same or higher value.
We can provide delivery services to general industrial and commercial areas or residences in Hong Kong according to the delivery date and time you choose.
Additional charge of redirection or redelivery applies upon buyer’s request and applies to the following cases: recipient is not reachable at a specified time and date; recipient refuses the flowers; inaccurate or incomplete data provided (includes address, online flowers delivery date, recipient name and contact number etc.). HK$50 will be charged as additional charge for redelivery. Our staff will contact you for rearrangement.
Delivery service may be delayed or suspended in the event of bad weather:
Typhoon signal no. 8 or above.
Red or black rainstorm warning
Flood and landslip warning
Delivery services will be resumed within three hours after the warning is cancelled.
Unexpected traffic or weather condition may affect the arrival time and we may re-arrange the delivery accordingly.
